Contract Position: Trainers
Are you interested in becoming a trainer? TCI Trainers are innovative teachers who
present at customer-sponsored workshops and professional conferences across the nation,
training teachers in the TCI Approach. As independent contractors, the ideal Trainer
candidate should have experience using TCI curricular materials and strategies,
have attended a Level 1 TCI training, and have experience presenting to adult learners.
Engaging presentation and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
Trainers will conduct at least three weeks of training in the summer and a few days during the school year.
Responsibilities will include:

• Mastering an array of TCI trainings

• Presenting at customer-sponsored workshops and professional conferences
across the nation

• Representing the TCI Approach to our customers
